Fall leaves and pumpkins!

Miss Janet came and read us the story of "The Little old Lady Who Wasn't Afraid of Anything".  It was a cute book and they loved it!

During morning work we matched letters and numbers.

We also used our cutting skills to make leaf puzzles.

Not only are we drawing the weather but now we are trying to write the words too!

 We read the book "We're Going On A Leaf Hunt" and then went on a leaf hunt.  We found some really pretty leaves. :-)

Before I left this week we talked about the life cycle of a pumpkin and sequenced it.

We cut apart pumpkin pictures and put them back in order from 1-5.

This is what we made with our leaves, fall wreaths to share with our families.

I just wanted to personally thank you all for your thoughts and prayers this last week!  Hopefully we can get back to normal.  I can't wait to see you all this week during parent/teacher conferences to share how much your child is growing each day!
